WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! We have shipped countless small-packages or containers to almost all countries in the world!
The item will be shipped within 24~48 hours after your payment is completed. For some items since the shipping prices are depending on countries when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. You can see shipping price and date estimates when you proceed the payment. You can always cancel your order or get back to the previous stages. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

The policy of customs clearance may differ from each country. We recommend you to check it before purchasing or bidding to estimate the additional cost. [Refund & Return Policy]
We expect that you’ll satisfy our items but we realize some returns are inevitable. Please feel free to return any items that you have purchased or received and are not completely satisfied with. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise.
Please e-mail [email protected] to receive instructions before shipping the package back to us. Please track all packages mailed to us. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. You are responsible for items damaged in return transit.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, we will pay the return-shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake, whether it is a return or an exchange.
We suggest you ship all items with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include the reason for your return.
If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded. Please allow 2-4 days for your refund. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-5 business days of our receipt of your return merchandise, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the items minus shipping costs. Please Note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged products, send us message immediately at 'CONTACT SELLER' menu in each item page so we can arrange to have it inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
